APIs & Integrations

Systems that talkto each other —reliably.

Payment providers, CRMs, ERPs, marketplaces and internal tools connected with the details that matter in production: authentication, retries, idempotency, logging and recovery.

Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

Businesses running on several platforms that need them to share data accurately, and teams that need a custom connector where off-the-shelf ones fall short.

  • Orders, payments and customer records disagree across systems
  • A webhook occasionally fires twice and creates duplicate records
  • An integration breaks when a token expires and nobody is alerted
  • A vendor offers an API but no ready-made connector for your tools
  • Data needs reshaping between formats before another system accepts it

Deliverables

What you get

API integrations
REST and GraphQL clients with proper authentication, pagination and rate-limit handling.
Webhooks
Signature verification, idempotent processing and replay of failed events.
Payment providers
Checkout, invoices and payment status synchronized with your records.
Data synchronization
One-way or two-way sync with clear ownership rules for each field.
Custom middleware
Small services that translate between systems that do not fit together.
Integration monitoring
Health checks, error alerts and logs that make failures easy to diagnose.

Process

How it is delivered

  1. 01Review API documentation, limits and authentication for each system
  2. 02Define data ownership, mapping and what happens on conflict
  3. 03Build with test accounts and sandbox environments first
  4. 04Deploy with monitoring, then document recovery procedures

Tools & technology

  • REST & GraphQL
  • OAuth 2.0
  • Webhooks
  • Xendit
  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • HubSpot
  • Google APIs
  • Cloudflare Workers
  • Queues & background jobs

Named providers are examples of APIs we can work with, not partnerships.

Limitations

  • An integration can only do what each vendor’s API allows.
  • Vendor API changes can require maintenance; we recommend monitoring or a retainer for critical integrations.
  • Sandbox or test credentials are needed before working with live data.

APIs & Integrations: questions

How much does apis & integrations cost?
Starting prices in USD: Complex Integrations and Internal Tools from $2,500. Final prices depend on scope; see pricing.
What if the vendor has no API?
Options include scheduled exports, email parsing or official file drops. We avoid scraping logged-in systems or anything that breaks a vendor’s terms.
How do you prevent duplicate records?
By using idempotency keys, unique constraints and event IDs, so a retried request or duplicate webhook is recognized and ignored.
Can you integrate a payment provider into our existing site?
Usually yes. We review your stack, the provider’s requirements, and how payment results should update your orders before quoting.
